The Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 19 November 2007 in the Diamond Executive Suite, North Stand, Rushden & Diamonds Football Club, Nene Park, Irthlingborough, Northants. NN9 5QF. At 8.00 pm.

AGENDA

1. To adopt the Accounts for the year ending 31 May 2007.

2. To receive a report from the Society Board for the year ending 31 May 2007.

3. To agree to the following resolution
“If the turnover of the Trust is £25,000 or less in any financial year, it is agreed that an Independent Examination of Accounts is undertaken rather than a full audit.”

4. Any Other Business.
