This wonderful cottage is right in the centre of the golf course estate in Greetham Valley, the accommodation caters for 5 people and the added child.

There three bedrooms one with a king sized bed or it can be used as a twin bedroom, the other bedroom has twin bedrooms, and the third bedroom has one single bed.

The lounge has leather sofas, log burner and a separate dining room.

The kitchen has a full utility room as well as modern conveniences ideal for self catering, all kitchen utensils and pots and pans, have been provided.

The family bathroom is upstairs and has a shower and bath, toilet and sink. The bathroom downstair is just a toilet and it is also used as a cloak room.

The cottage is fitted with central heating from an oil fueled boiler, the garden is enclosed and the lawned area has fruit trees and garden furniture with gravel parkway for up to 4 cars.
