Greetham Valley is a stunning location and great for those who like to be in a rural atmosphere. The two golf courses nearby offer a great opportunity to have a couple of rounds of golf or enjoy walking through the conservation areas of Rutland and by the water.

If you prebook early at Greetham Valley you will also have facilities and activities like archery, bowling, off-road racing and if you are lucky quad biking.
Greetham has a couple of good pubs and restaurants within half a mile driving distance or if walking roughly 20 to 25 minutes away. Rutland Water is about 5 minutes away passing the gardens of Barnsdale. Other towns include Oakham, Uppingham, Belvoir and Grimsthorpe with their castles.
We do insist on you having a car during your rental, the cottage is roughly 2 hours from the cities of York, London and Birmingham driving distance. Nearest airport is East midlands and the closest rail network is 6 miles away.
